след като забраних "Less secure apps" от Gmail (G SUITE) даде тази грешка и принтерът не можеше да сканира и принтира през емайл, затова трябва да се включи отново

Важно е когато се вкарва профил в на принтера локалния сайт 192.168.... да се махне отметката на Always use secure connection SSL/TLS

I tried all the online converters, Acrobat options for optimizing and so on... nothing worked and it took me 3 days.

However I have a amateur but working way to do it.

1. Print to PDF
2. Printer Properties 
1. "Default settings: Smallest file size"
2. Adobe PDF page size -> Add - and you make here a page size smaller than A4
3. Shrink oversized page

Creating an email for domain alias in G-suite Legacy

I have succesfully added a new Domain alias, but when I try to create a new email at the @alias-domain.com I am not allowed.

I then noticed that there are greyed out emails @alias-domain.com with a short description saying

"This domain alias is automatically generated."

So that explained the things...

If you add a "domain alias" you are not allowed to create a user for it as for a second domain.

It just copies the already existing email addresses.... or something like that
